Vanderbilt Beach & Harbor Club is a Timeshare Resort managed by SunStream Hotels & Resorts. All units are identical in style and only vary by the view from your screened-in lanai. Sales & Rentals are managed by a friendly and professional on-site team.

How long can I stay?

Most stays follow a Saturday to Saturday schedule. Depending on the season, shorter or longer stays may be available, so it is always worth checking your preferred dates.

How many people can each unit accommodate?

Each suite can accommodate up to six guests, with spacious living areas, full kitchens, and room to relax comfortably.

Is there direct beach access?

Yes. Vanderbilt Beach is just steps away, making it easy to walk from your room to the sand at any time of day.

Are beach chairs and umbrellas included?

Beach chairs and umbrellas are available to rent directly on the beach. This makes it easy to set up for the day without bringing your own equipment.

Is there parking available?

Yes. Complimentary parking is available for guests and owners, offering convenient and easy access throughout your stay.

Are bikes available for guests?

Yes. Complimentary bikes are available on a first come, first serve basis and are a great way to explore the surrounding area.

Daily housekeeping is not provided. For stays of one week or longer, a complimentary mid-stay housekeeping service is provided each week.

At this time, pets are not permitted. This helps us ensure a consistent and comfortable stay for all guests throughout the property.
